Micro-Soldering & BGA Rework Stations
Quick 861DW hot-air reflow stations, JBC precision soldering irons, Hakko fume extractors, and calibrated preheater plates with custom S19/M30 magnetic stencils.
Ultrasonic Wash & Desiccation Chamber
40 kHz heated ultrasonic cleaning tanks running electronic-grade surfactant baths alongside a forced-convection thermal drying oven operating at 75°C.
Single-Phase Immersion Test Loop
Live 4-miner hydrocarbon and synthetic fluid test tank connected to a 15 kW brazed plate heat exchanger, variable-speed magnetic pump, and outdoor dry cooler.
3-Phase Power Distribution & Load Bank
Industrial 415V 3-phase switchboard with Schneider power meters, C19/C20 metered PDUs, and a 40 kW resistive load bank for power supply stress testing.
15 kW Rooftop Solar Test Array
Behind-the-meter solar PV system linked via Modbus TCP to dynamic hash rate throttling controllers for live curtailment simulation.

Laboratory Safety & Operational Standards
ESD Protection
All participants are issued conductive wristbands, heel straps, and antistatic bench mats connected to central earth ground stakes.
Fume Extraction
Every soldering station is equipped with dedicated multi-stage HEPA and activated carbon filtration arms to evacuate flux fumes.
Electrical Isolation
High-voltage test benches are isolated via 1:1 medical-grade isolation transformers with dual residual-current devices (RCDs) for safety.
