Frequently Asked Enrollment & Billing Questions
Are all lab consumables included?
Yes. Solder wire, flux, replacement LDO chips, test hashboards, personal ESD straps, and protective eyewear are provided at every lab station at no extra charge.
Can I bring my own broken hashboards?
Absolutely. In both the 2-day Masterclass and 1-on-1 consultations, participants are encouraged to bring up to 3 non-working boards to diagnose during the practical sessions.
What are the deposit requirements?
To secure an assigned bench seat in our capped cohorts, a 30% booking deposit is required upon reservation. The balance is due 7 days before the workshop commences.
What is your rescheduling policy?
If your schedule changes, you may transfer your seat to a future cohort intake at no penalty with at least 14 days notice. Review our Refund Policy for complete details.
