Program Overview & Scope

Designed for technicians who will manage facilities of 50 to 5,000 miners. The curriculum moves methodically through mechanical intake filtration, dry ultrasonic hashboard washing, power supply unit (PSU) capacitor testing, managed switch VLAN isolation, and rapid hot-swap replacement protocols.

Disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, fan bearing replacement, and thermal pad renewal.

Days 3-4

Electrical Distribution & PSU Diagnostics

3-phase load calculation, circuit protection, server PSU repair and bench testing.

Day 5

Fleet Monitoring, Firmware & Final Practical Exam

Stratum proxy configuration, auto-tuning firmware deployment, and timed fault-finding exam.
