ASIC Hardware Diagnostics & Repair Masterclass

Program Overview & Scope

Modern ASIC miners operate under harsh thermal and electrical stresses. This flagship masterclass equips technicians, farm operators, and independent miners with the exact diagnostic methodology required to isolate dead ASIC chips, trace signal clock degradation (CLK, RST, BO, RI), and perform precise micro-soldering repairs without destroying delicate copper traces.

Who This Course Is For

Mining farm operators, electrical technicians, electronics hobbyists, and commercial site managers looking to maintain hardware uptime in-house.

What Is Included (Deliverables)

  • Individual workstation equipped with digital oscilloscope, thermal imaging camera, and hot-air rework station
  • Comprehensive schematic walkthrough for Antminer S19/S21 and Whatsminer M30/M50 series hashboards
  • Practical troubleshooting of domain voltages, Boost circuits, and low-dropout (LDO) regulators
  • Hands-on chip replacement, ball-grid array (BGA) reballing, and solder paste reflow techniques
  • Custom test fixture diagnostic interpretation and kernel log fault analysis
  • Printed 140-page Lab Field Manual & Signal Tracing Workbook
  • Certificate of Completion in ASIC Hardware Diagnostics

Prerequisites & Preparation

Basic understanding of electrical safety and multimeters. All safety gear, ESD protection, and tools are supplied in the workshop.

What Is Not Included

Personal travel, overnight accommodation in regional Victoria, and high-volume commercial warranty repairs for third-party hardware.
